At just 16 years old, Muhammad Mesam Raza is rewriting what it means to be a changemaker from the Global South. Hailing from Muzaffargarh, Pakistan, and raised in a household surviving on less than $260/month, Mesam witnessed firsthand the emotional toll of poverty magnified by his father’s open-heart surgery. But rather than yielding to hardship, he transformed it into a mission to uplift, innovate, and inspire.

Mesam founded the Measm Group of Companies a powerhouse ecosystem of purpose-driven ventures spanning education equity, fashion, sports empowerment, youth-led tech solutions, and human rights advocacy. From offering free footwear to underserved children, to leading Pakistan’s first youth transgender-inclusive NGO, his work has already impacted tens of thousands both locally and globally.
